Fair Camping Lottery

This item gets your name into the yearly drawing for campsites. The drawing is in person so you or a representative must be at the Gerstacker Fair Center the day of the drawing. Please read the rules below.

• The available campsites, as determined by the fair, will be by a lottery system.
• The name used to register in the lottery must be the person seeking to obtain a campsite.
• You can only sign up for the lottery each year.
• You must be 18 years of age to enter the lottery or buy a lot.
• Each person is only allowed to purchase one lot.
• Entry deadline for the lottery is by or before Friday, May 30, 2025, regardless of the day of the week it falls. Office hours are 8:30am-12pm & 1:00pm-4:30pm Monday-Friday. The office will be closed Monday, May 26, 2025, in observance of Memorial Day.
• There is a non-refundable $20.00 fee to enter the lottery drawing. This deposit will go towards the cost of the lot, which will be $200.00.
• The balance of the lot must be paid at the time.
• After obtaining a lot, you may add a spouse, parent, or child (18 or older) to the campsite.
• The lottery will take place Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 9am. In the Gerstacker building.
• You or a representative must be here at the time of the drawing.
• If you would like to switch your existing lot with an unoccupied lot, you must have your name in the drawing with a non-refundable $20.00 deposit.
• If no lots are available for all in the drawing, the remaining names will be drawn and put on a waiting list through the conclusion of fair. If for any reason you did not receive a lot in the lottery, no refunds will be issued.
